Since 2004 Gloss has been built completely by word of mouth referrals. We carefully select a small number of projects that we wish to work on each year.

Our client relationships are very personal and all clients become part of our family.

Gloss partners with an organization to provide outsourced solutions to projects that can be addressed through public relations, marketing and events.

Our largest and first client is Rittenhouse Row. We run the non-profit Destination Marketing firm responsible for promoting and protecting the uptown area of Philadelphia around Rittenhouse Square—extending from Broad Street to the River, and the Parkway to South Street. We have 200 member businesses and a full calendar of exciting events. We oversee every event, program, newsletter, strategy, membership etc. We plan and oversee Center City’s largest annual event, The Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival. The festival won a Best of Philly® award from Philadelphia magazine.

Gloss is involved in numerous industries. Most of our work is in hospitality, real estate, healthcare, luxury lifestyle and non-profits that allow us to efficiently form partnerships for our clients.

Gloss never aims to be the biggest name in town—just the most effective one.
